11月 25日上午，中老生态茶园固碳减排技术培训班开班典礼在普洱学院举行。普洱学院院长杨斌出席并致辞，相关部门、二级学院负责人，培训班管理小组成员以及来自老挝国立大学、苏发努冯大学、老挝农林部等 20 位老挝学员参加开班典礼。
On the morning of November 25, the opening ceremony of the Training Course on CarbonSequestration and Emission Reduction Technology for Ecological Low-Carbon Tea Gardens inChina and Laos was held in Pu'er University, Yang Bin, the president of Pu'er University, attended this ceremony and delivered a speech. Relevant departments, heads of secondary colleges members of the training course management team, and 20 Lao students from Lao National University, Souphanouvong University, Lao Ministry of Agriculture and forestry attended theopening ceremony.
杨斌向前来参加培训的老挝学员表示欢迎,对中老生态低碳茶园固碳减排技术培训班成功举办表示热烈祝贺。他说，中国和老挝山同脉、水同源，是前途相关、命运与共的社会主义友好邻邦，两国人民友谊源远流长，并且都有丰富的茶树资源，掌握生态低碳茶园的固碳减排技术，对推动中老两国茶产业的高质量发展具有重要意义,也将为全球碳中和目标做出实实在在的贡献。希望学员们通过本次培训，交流互鉴、积极沟通，了解并掌握生态低碳茶的种植加工技术，学有所获、学有所用，为老挝发展繁荣注入强大动力，不断推动中老命运共同体建设走深走实。
Yang Bin extended welcome to the Laotian trainees and expressed his great congratulations on the successful holding of the Carbon Sequestration and mission Reduction Technology Training Course for Eco-friendly and Low-carbon Tea Gardens between China and Laos. He said that China and Laos share the same mountains and rivers, featuring as we both have abundant tea resources. With a long-standing friendship among the people of two countries, we have formed a socialist friendship with intertwined destinies. In this context mastering carbon sequestration and emission reduction technologies in eco-friendly and low-carbon tea plantations have been crucial for advancing the high-quality development of the tea industry in two nations. This will also contribute to the global goal of carbon neutrality. Yang hoped that all the trainees would exchange ideas with each other, learn from each other, and communicate actively to understand and master the cultivation and processing techniques of eco-friendly andlow-carbon tea. To learn is to acquire knowledge; to apply what one has learned is to utilize it effectively. After this course, they shall put strong momentum into the development and prosperity of Laos, and also continuously deepen the construction of a China-Laos community with a shared future.

据悉，中老生态低碳茶园固碳减排技术培训班是云南省科学技术厅的重点研发计划，由云南省科技厅主办，普洱学院承办。培训项目依托普洱学院、云南省中老茶树资源数字化保护和种质创新应用国际联合实验室，通过培训生态低碳茶园固碳减排的技术,让学员全面了解生态低碳茶的种植加工技术，将生态低碳茶的“含绿量”转化为品牌“含金量”，将生态价值转化为经济价值。
